Target Warehouse Forklift Follies
A Target employee raises his pallet jack as high as it will go and tools around the storage backroom.. hitting a fire sprinkler pipe.. causing a leak. The fun starts when he tries to bend the damaged pipe back into place.

nobody thought “lets turn the sprinkler system off and get a real plumber here to fix the pipe”?
dumbass: ummm LOD……?
LOD: “Go For LOD”
dumbass: I think you need to come to the back…..
2:47… you punch that box, badass
everyone in the back is standing around and watching like……. he is so fucked
@StillOneWing I was thinking the same thing! I dont know if the idiot was actually trying to fork something or was just messing around, but if he was trying to fork something he raised the forks way too early. Bad placement of the water pipe or not, it is still the idiots fault.
hahahah i work with him at the y
The person releasing this video should be fired alongside with this idiot.
And its not a pallet jack, its a walkie stacker fork lift.
hey to the people saying the pipe is to low. well its not to low its that low to spray under the roll up garage door. its the dumb ass kids fought not the pipes.
Well, he’s fired.
That kid missed his old job at Sea World, so he thought he’d make it more familiar
burn all the bacthes and give yourselfs baffles!!
@smonk31085 Bad water sprinkler placement yes. However it looks like he is way past the last spot in the riser so he had no business with his forklift there. And as to teenagers and dangerous equipment. All are trained and certified to run this, and trust me get yelled at for anything dangerous. Plus it’s not always the teenagers that are dangerous.
To succeed, either find a person who does it right and follow his example, or find a complete bozo and don’t do anything like he does it.
@StillOneWing It’s still poorly designed to have a water pipe hanging that low from the ceiling, especially when you’ve built risers that high off the ground. The fact that Target has teenagers operating deadly power equipment should tell you who’s the real jackass when it comes to being safe.
I don’t give a damn who you are, that was funny shit right there
aaand hes fired
Wow the roof must be really low in that store.
slip n slide time!!!!
@smonk31085 When operating machinery it is your job to observe your surroundings…Also proper operating procedure is to lift the forks “only” once you are positioned directly in front and in line with the pallet you are trying to pull down. He was just playing around with it.. & him climbing a wet-aluminum ladder was just foolish on many levels. water + electricity + metal ladder = bad day.
to be honest, why was there a sprinkler head that low? He wasn’t even high enough to pull from the top riser. It was an accident waiting to happen.
Actual sprinkler fitter here, it’s more to it then just closing a water meter, it has it’s own supply being feed from a fire pump I’m sure, when he cracked the pipe it should been shut down before the pipe was touched, he could of really got hurt, you would of had to shut the fire and jockey pump off, then shut the riser down, from the look of it I would say it’s pressure was blowing a good 160-200 psi
ummmmm….. LOD
Funny-they hire dudes like this, but us older guys who know better can just forget it.
I hope their safety guys see these posts and hire us old pros who know better than to fly our forks in the air while moving down the aisle….He is lucky-could have been KIA falling.
look at the hero in the bottom left run for his life when he broke the lever
